History[]

Assembled as a nightfighter, with all necessary equipment pre-installed, before the end of March 1945.[1] Originally operated by 3./Versuchsverband.d.OKL, as T9+GL,[2] this fighter was used in military flights on 9 to 15th of April.[1] Following it's capture, 140608 was classified as Air Min 25, and flown in formation with Air Min 26 to Farnborough on 25 June 1945. Later known as VK880, the aircraft was struck off charge during October 1948.[2] at Brize Norton.[3]
