History[]

Attached to the 381 Kōkūtai with tail code 81-124, and flown in defense of Manila, it was captured largely intact while dispersed at Dewey Boulevard Airfield on February 20 1945 - the same day J2M3 3008 was captured.[1]

This aircraft may have been tested, post capture at Nichols field, Manila,[2] and by TAIU-SWPA as aircraft no.13, at Clark Field, Philippines, in June 1945.[3]
