Captured by the Finnish AF after a forced landing on frozen Lake Valkjarvi, Finland on 27 December 1943,<ref name="USAF Search Captured">http://cgibin.rcn.com/jeremy.k/cgi-bin/gzUsafSearch.pl?target=&content=Captured</ref> while being piloted by Soviet pilot, Sub. Lt. V.A. Ruevin from 191st fighter squadron, it was overhauled at the Mechanics’ School and delivered to HLeLv32 on 2 July 1944, who used it until 12 February 1945.
